We're a one bedroom condo rental with a king bed in the bedroom (we also have a sleeper sofa) so we sleep a maximum of four guests. We are strickly non smoking and we cannot allow pets.
Our condo has a shared swimming pool and hot tub. We also have a fishing pier on the bay side of the island on the number three channel. There is a fish cleaning table and also plenty of parking for your boat. We're only about two blocks from the downtown marina.
We are located on the second floor of our three floor elevated building that has only 12 units. (35 total in complex)
We also have an Elevator.
We are about 55 miles from Gainesville, three hours from Tampa, five minutes from the Cedar Key Beach and downtown and a "million miles from ordinary"!
Our condo is stocked with everything! We are so confident of this that if you have need of anything that we don't have we will go and buy if for you. Lamborghini and Ferrarri excepted!
Rates:
$149 per night
$894 per week (that's one night Free)
$3100 per month
11% tax will be added to the above rates.
